3.5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities:
* You are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, discipline, and ethical conduct at all times.
* You must adhere to all AAE policies, procedures, safety regulations, and instructions given by instructors and staff.
* Regular and punctual attendance at all scheduled classes, briefings, and training sessions is mandatory. Policies regarding absences will be provided.
* Respect for fellow students, instructors, staff, and AAE property is required. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
* Possession or use of alcohol or illicit drugs on AAE premises or prior to any training activity is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal.
* Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or expulsion, without refund.
4. Safety and Medical Fitness
4.1. Safety: Safety is paramount at AAE. You must strictly adhere to all safety briefings, procedures, and instructions. You acknowledge that aviation training involves inherent risks, and you agree to participate responsibly. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate suspension or termination from the course.
4.2. Medical Fitness: For courses requiring medical certification (e.g., Pilot Licenses, Cabin Crew), you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required PCAA medical certificate (e.g., Class 1, Class 2) at your own expense from a PCAA-approved medical examiner. You must immediately inform AAE of any change in your medical condition that could affect your fitness to participate in training or your medical certification status. Failure to maintain the required medical fitness may lead to suspension or termination from the applicable course.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, AAE, its directors, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible7 losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services; (ii) any conduct8 or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service;9 (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) participation in aviation training activities, except in10 cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by AAE.
5.2. No Guarantee of Employment: While AAE provides career-focused training, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding employment prospects or job placement upon completion of any course. Career success depends on individual effort, qualifications, and market conditions.
5.3. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AAE and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Website or Services, or b) your breach of these Terms, or11 c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or d) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website,14 or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.
